Oregon Statutes - Chapter 653 - Minimum Wages; Employment Conditions; Minors - Section 653.015 - Statement of policy.

It is declared to be the policy of the State of Oregon to establish minimum wage standards for workers at levels consistent with their health, efficiency and general well-being. [1967 c.596 §1]
