Oregon Statutes - Chapter 653 - Minimum Wages; Employment Conditions; Minors - Section 653.362 - Exemption of minors serving as soccer referees.

The provisions of ORS 653.305 to 653.370 do not apply to a person under 18 years of age serving as a referee or assistant referee in a youth or adult recreational soccer match. [2001 c.765 §2]
