Oregon Statutes - Chapter 657 - Unemployment Insurance - Section 657.097 - Political subdivision.

As used in this chapter, “political subdivision” means any county, city, district organized for public purposes, or any other political subdivision or public corporation, including any entity organized pursuant to ORS 190.003 to 190.620. [1957 c.682 §5; 1977 c.446 §5]
