The Employment Department shall give notice of the potential impact of the amendments to ORS 657.221 (1) made by section 3, chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1983, to those individuals who may be affected thereby. The notice shall include a statement that the amendments to ORS 657.221 (1) made by section 3, chapter 528, Oregon Laws 1983, are required for the provisions of this chapter to remain in conformity with applicable federal law.
