Oregon Statutes - Chapter 67 - Partnerships; Limited Liability Partnerships - Section 67.655 - Grounds for administrative revocation.

The Secretary of State may commence a proceeding under ORS 67.660 to administratively revoke the registration of a limited liability partnership if:

(1) The limited liability partnership does not pay when due any fees imposed by this chapter; or

(2) The limited liability partnership does not deliver its annual report to the Secretary of State when due. [1997 c.775 §63]
