Oregon Statutes - Chapter 675 - Psychologists; Occupational Therapists; Certified Sex Offender Therapists; Clinical Social Workers; Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists - Section 675.087 - Continuing authority of board upon lapse, suspension, revocation or voluntary surrender of license.

The lapse, suspension or revocation of a license issued under ORS 675.010 to 675.150 by the operation of law, by order of the State Board of Psychologist Examiners or by the decision of a court of law, or the voluntary surrender of a license by a licensee, does not deprive the board of jurisdiction to proceed with any investigation of or any action or disciplinary proceeding against the licensee or to revise or render null and void an order suspending or revoking the license.
