Upon receipt of an application and the appropriate fees under ORS 675.375, the Oregon Health Licensing Agency shall certify a clinical sex offender therapist or associate sex offender therapist if the applicant provides evidence to the satisfaction of the agency that the applicant is recognized as a clinical sex offender therapist or associate sex offender therapist in another state in which the requirements for such recognition are, in the judgment of the agency, in consultation with the Sex Offender Treatment Board, at least equivalent to the requirements of ORS 675.360 to 675.410 and rules of the agency.
