Oregon Statutes - Chapter 675 - Psychologists; Occupational Therapists; Certified Sex Offender Therapists; Clinical Social Workers; Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists - Section 675.550 - Reissuance of revoked certificate or license.

In case a certificate or license has been revoked or the renewal thereof refused, the State Board of Clinical Social Workers may reissue such certificate or license at the expiration of one year from the time it was revoked. [1977 c.677 §7; 1979 c.769 §6; 1989 c.721 §33]
