Oregon Statutes - Chapter 677 - Regulation of Medicine, Podiatry and Acupuncture - Section 677.417 - Medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct, licensee impairment; rules.

The Oregon Medical Board shall determine by rule what constitutes medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct or licensee impairment for the purposes of ORS chapter 677. [2003 c.554 §2]
