The Oregon Medical Board may enter into contracts to provide services for licensees who are chemically dependent and may, in accordance with ORS chapter 183, adopt rules necessary for the administration of a diversion program for licensees who are chemically dependent. The Oregon Medical Board may enter into contracts to provide services for licensees who are chemically dependent or who have a mental disorder and may, in accordance with ORS chapter 183, adopt rules necessary for the administration of a diversion program for licensees who are chemically dependent or who have a mental disorder.
