The Oregon State Board of Nursing shall establish standards for training programs for nursing assistants. Upon application therefor, the board shall review and approve programs that meet board standards. The board by means of a contested case proceeding under ORS chapter 183 may revoke approval of any training program that ceases to meet board standards. [1989 c.800 §2]
