(1) The Advisory Council for Electrologists and Permanent Color Technicians and Tattoo Artists shall have the responsibility and duty of advising the Oregon Health Licensing Agency in all matters relating to ORS 690.350 to 690.430, shall prepare or adopt the examinations required by ORS 690.350 to 690.430 subject to the approval of the agency and shall assist the agency in carrying out the provisions of ORS 690.350 to 690.430.
(2) The agency shall consider and be guided by the recommendations of the council in all matters relating to ORS 690.350 to 690.430. [1987 c.698 §26; 2001 c.104 §271; 2003 c.547 §63; 2005 c.648 §78]
