Upon application of the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board, or any public officer, agent or employee of the board acting in the course of official duties, magistrates authorized to issue search warrants may issue an inspection warrant whenever an inspection or investigation of any place subject to the jurisdiction of the board is required or authorized. The inspection warrant is an order authorizing the inspection or investigation to be conducted at a designated place subject to jurisdiction of the board. [1987 c.252 §4]
