Oregon Statutes - Chapter 696 - Real Estate and Escrow Activities - Section 696.315 - Prohibition against licensee permitting nonlicensed individual to engage in activity with or on behalf of licensee.

A real estate licensee may not knowingly permit a nonlicensed individual to engage in professional real estate activity, with or on behalf of the licensee. [1977 c.649 §7; 1981 c.617 §15a; 2007 c.319 §11]
