Oregon Statutes - Chapter 696 - Real Estate and Escrow Activities - Section 696.615 - Publication of sanctions imposed for violations.

The Real Estate Commissioner shall publish information in local newspapers pertaining to sanctions imposed for violations of ORS 696.603, 696.606 or 696.612 in a manner allowed under ORS 696.430 and 696.445 (3). [1995 c.217 §7]
