Oregon Statutes - Chapter 70 - Limited Partnerships - Section 70.600 - Construction to promote uniformity.

This chapter shall be so applied and construed to carry out its general purpose of making the law with respect to limited partnerships uniform among states enacting this chapter. [Formerly 70.450]
