Oregon Statutes - Chapter 705 - Department of Consumer and Business Services - Section 705.117 - Consumer Advocacy Section.

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall establish within the department a Consumer Advocacy Section not later than January 1, 1988. [1987 c.774 §152(1)]
