Oregon Statutes - Chapter 708A - Regulation of Institutions Generally - Section 708A.405 - Deposits; FDIC insurance required.

Oregon commercial banks shall secure insurance for their deposits from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or a similar organization organized under the laws of the United States. [1997 c.631 §162]
