Oregon Statutes - Chapter 708A - Regulation of Institutions Generally - Section 708A.555 - Generally accepted accounting principles.

Except as otherwise provided in the Bank Act or other applicable law, institutions shall keep books and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. [1997 c.631 §186]
