Each day a banking institution operates a branch that has not been approved or deemed approved by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services, the banking institution is subject to a penalty of up to $1,000. The penalty shall be assessed and collected as prescribed in ORS 706.570 (2). [1997 c.631 §323]
