Oregon Statutes - Chapter 725 - Consumer Finance; Title and Payday Loans - Section 725.260 - Effect of revocation, suspension or surrender of license.

The revocation, suspension or surrender of any license shall not impair or affect the rights or obligations of any preexisting lawful contract between the licensee and any borrower. [Amended by 1955 c.71 §11]
