Oregon Statutes - Chapter 731 - Administration and General Provisions - Section 731.276 - Recommendations for changes in Insurance Code.

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall continuously review the Insurance Code and may, from time to time, make recommendations for changes therein. [1967 c.359 §62]
