Oregon Statutes - Chapter 731 - Administration and General Provisions - Section 731.398 - Amendment of certificate of authority.

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services at any time may amend an insurer’s certificate of authority to accord with lawful changes in the insurer’s charter or insuring powers. [1967 c.359 §84]
