Oregon Statutes - Chapter 731 - Administration and General Provisions - Section 731.462 - Nonassessable policies of reciprocal insurer.

A reciprocal insurer having a surplus of not less than $500,000 may issue nonassessable policies. [1967 c.359 §100]
