Oregon Statutes - Chapter 732 - Organization and Corporate Procedures of Domestic Insurers; Regulation of Insurers Generally - Section 732.533 - Statement of acquisition.

Not later than the 30th day after consummation of an activity described in ORS 732.521 (1), the acquiring party shall submit to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services a statement that the activity has been consummated. The statement must be made under the oath of the presiding officer of the board of directors of the acquiring party. [1993 c.447 §33]
