Oregon Statutes - Chapter 733 - Accounting and Investments - Section 733.700 - Investment of funds in health care service facilities.

Funds of a health care service contractor may be invested in all real and personal property used exclusively by the contractor to provide authorized health care services. [1967 c.359 §248]
