Oregon Statutes - Chapter 734 - Rehabilitation, Liquidation and Conservation of Insurers - Section 734.860 - Exemption of association from payment of fees and taxes.

The Oregon Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association shall be exempted from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this state or any of its political subdivisions, except taxes levied on real property. [1975 c.251 §17]
