Oregon Statutes - Chapter 735 - Alternative Insurance - Section 735.255 - State not liable to pay debts of association.

The state is not liable to pay any debts or obligations of any association formed under ORS 735.220 and no person may assert any claim against the state or any of its agencies for any act or omission of the association. [1987 c.774 §84]
