Oregon Statutes - Chapter 74 - Bank Deposits and Collections - Section 74.1110 - Statute of limitations.

An action to enforce an obligation, duty or right arising under this chapter must be commenced within three years after the claim for relief accrues. [1993 c.545 §83]
