Oregon Statutes - Chapter 742 - Insurance Policies Generally; Property and Casualty Policies - Section 742.214 - Other insurance.

A fire insurance policy shall contain a provision as follows: “Other insurance may be prohibited or the amount of insurance may be limited by indorsement attached hereto.” [Formerly 743.621]
