The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall adopt rules necessary for the implementation and administration of ORS 743.565 and the amendments to ORS 743.417, 743.420, 743.560, 743.737, 743.754 and 743.766 by sections 9 to 14, chapter 943, Oregon Laws 2001.
