Oregon Statutes - Chapter 743 - Health and Life Insurance - Section 743.749 - Certifications and disclosure of coverage.

All carriers that offer individual or group health benefit plans shall provide certifications and disclosure of coverage in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 300gg(e) and 300gg-43 as amended and in effect on July 1, 1997. [1997 c.716 §20]
