Oregon Statutes - Chapter 744 - Insurance Producers; Life Settlement Providers, Brokers and Contracts; Adjusters; Consultants; Third Party Administrators; Reinsurance Intermediaries; Rental Company Limited Licenses - Section 744.336 - Notification by licensee of material change affecting qualification for license.

A licensee shall immediately notify the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services of any material change in ownership or control or in any other matter affecting the qualification of the licensee for the license in this state. [1995 c.342 §9]
