Oregon Statutes - Chapter 746 - Trade Practices - Section 746.308 - Violation of provisions regarding totaled vehicles as violation of Insurance Code.

An insurer that violates ORS 819.014 or 819.018 shall be considered to have violated a provision of the Insurance Code. [1991 c.820 §7]
