Oregon Statutes - Chapter 777 - Ports Generally - Section 777.915 - Definitions for ORS 777.915 to 777.953.

As used in ORS 777.915 to 777.953, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “Board” means the board of commissioners of the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.

(2) “Port” means the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay. [1987 c.565 §2]
