Oregon Statutes - Chapter 8 - Court Officers and District Attorneys - Section 8.726 - District attorneys and deputies prohibited from engaging in private practice of law; exception.

(1) Except as authorized by subsection (2) of this section, district attorneys and deputy district attorneys may not engage in the private practice of law.
