Oregon Statutes - Chapter 809 - Refusal, Suspension, Cancellation and Revocation of Registration, Title, Driving Privileges and Identification Card; Vehicle Impoundment - Section 809.230 - Court suspension or revocation of nonresident driving privileges.

A court may suspend or revoke the driving privileges to operate a motor vehicle in this state of any nonresident for any cause for which the driving privileges of a resident of this state may be suspended or revoked. [1983 c.338 §394]
