Oregon Statutes - Chapter 814 - Pedestrians; Passengers; Livestock; Motorized Wheelchairs; Vehicles With Fewer Than Four Wheels - Section 814.250 - Moped or motorcycle operating more than two abreast; penalty.

(1) A person commits the offense of operating a moped or motorcycle more than two abreast if the person is operating a moped or motorcycle on a roadway laned for traffic and the person is riding abreast of more than one other motorcycle or moped in the same lane for traffic.

(2) The offense described in this section, moped or motorcycle operating more than two abreast, is a Class B traffic violation. [1983 c.338 §690]
