Oregon Statutes - Chapter 821 - Off-Road Vehicles; Snowmobiles; All-Terrain Vehicles - Section 821.174 - Prohibition on operating Class I or Class III all-terrain vehicle while driving privileges suspended.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not operate a Class I all-terrain vehicle or a Class III all-terrain vehicle while the person’s driving privileges are suspended or revoked. A person who violates this section is in violation of ORS 811.175 or 811.182, as appropriate. [1995 c.775 §7]
