Oregon Statutes - Chapter 824 - Railroads - Section 824.068 - Water quality and sanitation facility standards for locomotives and caboose cars.

(1) The Department of Transportation shall prescribe standards for water quality and sanitation facilities on railroad locomotives and cabooses in this state.

(2) The department may for good cause shown permit variances from the standards so prescribed. [Formerly 761.365]
