Oregon Statutes - Chapter 830 - Small Watercraft - Section 830.180 - Use of motors prohibited on certain lakes; exceptions.

No person, other than the Department of State Police and governmental agencies of this state and the federal government having jurisdiction over the following described waters, shall use a motor for propelling a boat or for any purpose on the following named waters of this state located in the counties named:

Three Creek and Todd Lakes

JacksonSquaw Lakes

JeffersonHorseshoe, Dark and Olallie

Lakes, and on that portion of

the Deschutes River between

Pelton Dam and the Wasco

County line

LaneGold Lake

LinnClear Lake

MarionBreitenbush Lake

WascoFrog Lake, and on that portion

of the Deschutes River

bordering the Warm Springs

Indian Reservation
