Oregon Statutes - Chapter 87 - Statutory Liens - Section 87.517 - Recording notice of lien.

The recording officer of the county shall record the notices filed under ORS 87.507 in the record of deeds and mortgages. [1995 c.749 §5; 1997 c.744 §7]
