Oregon Statutes - Chapter 93 - Conveyancing and Recording - Section 93.295 - Construction of ORS 93.290 to 93.300.

ORS 93.290 to 93.300 shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the Uniform Vendor and Purchaser Risk Act. [1955 c.144 §2]
