Distances, angles and areas derived by the use of the Oregon Coordinate System in compliance with the standards described in ORS 93.360 may be used in the basic description of any tract of land. If the coordinates based on the Oregon Coordinate System are used in the description of any tract of land, they shall be used only in addition to the basic description. [Amended by 1985 c.202 §5]
