Oregon Statutes - Chapter 97 - Rights and Duties Relating to Cemeteries, Human Bodies and Anatomical Gifts - Section 97.926 - Rulemaking authority.

The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules that are necessary or appropriate to:

(1) Protect purchasers of prearrangement sales contracts and preconstruction sales contracts and the public; and

(2) Administer ORS 97.923 to 97.949. [2007 c.661 §25]
