Oregon Statutes - Chapter 97 - Rights and Duties Relating to Cemeteries, Human Bodies and Anatomical Gifts - Section 97.994 - Penalties for ORS 97.931, 97.933 and 97.941.

Violation of any of the provisions of ORS 97.931, 97.933, 97.941 or 97.943 is punishable as a Class A misdemeanor. [Formerly 128.991; 2003 c.362 §9]
