§ 8308. Eligibility for vesting. Any Class T-C or Class T-D member who terminates school service with five or more eligibility points shall be entitled to vest his retirement benefits until attainment of superannuation age. Any Class T-E or Class T-F member who terminates school service with ten or more eligibility points shall be entitled to vest his retirement benefits until attainment of superannuation age.
