§ 8536. Independent Fiscal Office study. The Independent Fiscal Office shall study and analyze the implementation of shared-risk contributions under section 8321(b) (relating to regular member contributions for current service) and its impact on the system. The study shall be completed by December 31, 2015, and shall be transmitted to the Appropriations Committee and the Finance Committee of the Senate and the Appropriations Committee and the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives and to the Governor.
