§ 7340. Effect on other agreements. Nothing in this subchapter shall preclude participating political subdivisions from entering into supplementary agreements with another political subdivision. Nothing in this subchapter shall affect any other agreement to which a political subdivision may, on the effective date of this section, be a party.
