Caldwell, Escrow a partnership. Dear Sir, I am in receipt of Reference (1), and Enclosure (1) is correspon- dence I have received from the tax matters partner which he sent to the Internal Revenue Service regarding the Wayne H. Caldwell, Escrow partnership tax adjustment. It is my understanding that this matter has been disposed of at the Partnership level and there is no need of anything else from the individual partners.
